Our Beliefs
If you have never visited our congregation before, we realize going to a new location and being with a group of people you've never met can be somewhat intimidating. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease when you visit and hope this information will be beneficial to you.
We are committed to glorifying God by helping others grow in their commitment to Him. To this end we study the Bible together, worship God together, and meet together to encourage and strengthen each other as the church did in the first century (see Ephesians 3:20-21). Our vision for the congregation continues to be what God has always wanted it to be — a loving and supportive spiritual family of faithful Christians (see Romans 12:3-8).
Our worship services are simple but reflect the tremendous thanks in our hearts to a loving, forgiving God. In our singing we seek to emphasize praise from the heart (Ephesians 5:19). Each week we partake of the Lord's Supper to remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross and the love surrounding that event (1 Corinthians 11:23-26). Our prayers express to God our thanks and praise to Him for all He has done for us (Colossians 3:16).
